Trades Based Skills Course

Level 1 & 2

Prerequisites

Students will be able to show a proven identified trades career pathway (through careers tracking) in the wider Trades (Engineering, Automotive, Construction) and must have a positive attitude to study.

Course Information
The course is based on acquiring skills and knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Introductory Automotive and Carpentry/Cabinetry.

This course is modular – 18 weeks of Mechanical, 9 weeks of Introductory Automotive and 9 weeks of Carpentry/Cabinetry.

Students undertaking this course will have the opportunity to complete the Standard Workplace First Aid Certificate.

Course Cost
$50 to be paid to cover the use of materials/consumables.
